The “Guide Emplois & Formations en Méthanisation” (Guide to Jobs & Trainings in AD and Biogas) is a reference tool produced each year by Consilde Media and Biogaz Vallée.
The guide promotes jobs and training opportunities in the biogas industry, free to a wide readership. Clear job and training fact sheets are produced, as well as humanizing them through portraits of inspiring people, in order to raise awareness and inspire new vocations. The guide also highlights AD training organizations as well as hiring companies: DNA, skills, attractiveness, job opportunities… to help them raise visibility and find new talents.
This tool helps meet the recruitment needs of the AD and biogas fast-growing sector in France, which is suffering from job shortages particularly in engineering, operation and maintenance professions. It also raises awareness around Anaerobic Digestion and renewable gases, the different technologies and positive externalities, in order to improve acceptability.
