Words from the finalist…
Kevin Kirubakaran has been a central team member at Olleco since 2019. Initially assisting with maintenance around the AD plant as an apprentice, Kevin was keen to develop his passion alongside studying for an Engineering Design in Electrical Engineering degree. Since the start of his early career, Kevin continues to push for more effective AD processes and looks to make a difference, giving learnings back to peers where he can. Having already had such an effect on Olleco’s operations in a short space of time, it is telling to where we will see this future-leader taking the industry.
