In 2024, Future Biogas partnered with The Country Trust, a leading national education charity that empowers disadvantaged children through food, farming and countryside experiences. Future Biogas believed this message was directly compatible with learning about the circular economy through anaerobic digestion. The campaign consisted of educational farm visits in Lincolnshire. A range of food, farming and renewable energy topics were raised and linked back to the school curriculum, with the farm visits. 183 children from four different primary schools took part in the visits over the course of 2024; The average free school meal percentage of the schools in these areas is 34%, with the national average being 25%.
